Cost $65 per person (including tip), payable via Sunriver Anglers web site www.sunriveranglers.org

No Host Bar (cash or credit card)

Menu: Choice of three entrees – select at registration:

• Steak Frites - New York strip steak, waffle fries, truffle peppercorn aioli and chimichurri compound butter

• Seared Salmon, Herb roasted potatoes, lemon green beans and lemon herb butter sauce

• (VEG) Winter pappardelle - Wild mushroom, caramelized leeks, butternut squash and tarragon cream

Dessert: 

• Ocean roll Cheesecake - Cardamom and orange spiced cheesecake, orange crème anglaise, candied orange peel

Coffee, soda and tea 

No outside food or drink is allowed.

We will have a small number of auction items and a raffle, items include:

Raffle item – 50-50 cash raffle – tickets $20 each.
