INTRO TO EURO NYMPHING Member Outing - Two Groups on the Crooked River

Mary Ann has offered a day outing on the Crooked River
to learn about Euro-Nymphing.
 Maximum of six anglers (3 in each group, morning and afternoon)

Meet at Big Bend campground on the Crooked River at 8:30 am for introductions.

9:00am - Noon,  three anglers go with Mary Ann for 3 hours of instruction.
All equipment is provided.

NOON – lunch is provided.

1:00pm to 4:30pm – the other group of three anglers get instructions.

On April 16, Jerry will let you know how many are going and what the final cost is.
Cost is $450. Sliding cost. $80 with 6; $95 with 5: $115 with 4 and $150 for 3.

In 2010 I took a Euro Nymphing class from Brett Bishop, a member of the US Fly Fishing Team. I recall catching a 16 inch fish in 6 inches of water on a nymph. That would not have happened with our American Indicator Techniques. I continued to play with and explore this technique. Gradually, I turned to  Euro Nymphing techniques more and more. Today I Euro Nymphing for 95% of my subsurface fishing and I have three Euro-Nymphing rod. Yes the rod count alone, shows my commitment to Euro Nymphing.   If you are motivated – invest into a guided day of Euro Nymphing – you won’t regret the investment.
