HORS D'OEUVRES
Candied and smoked trout, citrus tossed arugula, on a crostini;
Herbed goat chees, fresh cherry tomato, on a fried beet chip;
7:00pm - Salad, Dinner, Live Auction
SALAD
Lemon and pepper tossed arugula, orange segments, pickled shallot rings, candied walnuts and feta cheese, served with a blood orange vinaigrette;
ENTREES
CHICKEN - Scallion seared Statler chicken breast, garlic, white wine cream sauce, wild mushroom risotto, roasted Cremini mushrooms and chili roasted Romanesco;
STEAK - Flat iron steak served with a black garlic demi and Marionberry reduction, served with white cheddar mashed potatoes and green beans;
SALMON - Parmesan crusted salmon, currant wild rice pilaf, bacon fat Brussel sprouts, topped with a blueberry compote;
VEGETARIAN - Couscous and roasted vegie stuffed portabella mushroom topped with a pomegranate glaze, steamed baby carrots and sweet potato purée;
DESSERT
Ginger bread cheese cake, rehydrated cranberry, hazel nut brittle, with crème on glaze;
